Central contact point and reporting procedure (Digital Services Act)
In accordance with the Digital Services Act (DSA), we provide users and authorities with the following contact options.
1. Central contact point for authorities (Art. 11 DSA) For communication with the authorities of the Member States, the EU Commission and the Digital Services Body, we have set up the following contact point:

3. Reporting procedure for illegal content (Art. 16 DSA) If you discover content on CommunityCorals that you believe to be illegal (e.g. violations of species protection/CITES, copyright infringements, prohibited items), you can report it to us.
Please send an email to info(at)communitycorals.de with the subject “Reporting illegal content”.
Your report must contain the following information in order for us to process it:

Reasons: Briefly explain why you believe the content is illegal (e.g., “lack of proof of origin”, “copyright infringement”, “insult”).

Location of content: The exact URL (link) to the offer or content (e.g.
www.communitycorals.de/produkt/xyz). -
Your name and email address: So that we can inform you about the result (except in cases of crimes such as sexual abuse, where reporting may be anonymous).

Statement: A confirmation that you believe in good faith that your information is correct and complete.
What are the next steps? We will confirm receipt of your report immediately. After reviewing the matter, we will inform you of our decision (e.g., deletion of the offer or rejection of the report).
