Natural salt
H20cean is a Pro Formula aquarium salt - made through a solar evaporative process that produces a completely natural salt with all major and trace elements completely balanced as nature intended. The pure natural salt is then particularly optimized for use in the aquarium by increasing certain elements that have decreased over time, such as calcium and magnesium, which are used by corals and calcareous algae for growth. Its natural origin guarantees that the salt contains all 70 main and trace elements in the correct proportions, which nature mixes into a homogeneous mass.

Balanced formula
In nature there is a natural balance between calcium, alkalinity and magnesium levels. Many salts are either unnaturally high in calcium or have high levels of alkalinity; and therefore either extra buffer or extra calcium must be added to these salts to regain the natural balance. With H2Ocean Pro+ the calcium and alkalinity are at the right level
Ratio by keeping the ion balance at natural levels.

Chemistry
The formula for H2Ocean was developed by DD over many months of testing and evaluation. The salt is designed to dissolve quickly and easily and has a special chemistry that we believe is the optimal formula to maintain a healthy reef and allows for regular water replacement while maintaining natural balance guarantee.

Application
Mix 38,8 g of salt for 1 L of 35 PPT seawater. 1 kg of H2Ocean salt produces approx. 25,77 liters of seawater (3% more than before).
