After the addition of hw hydrokoll, the activity of the protein skimmer is expected to increase significantly. This increased foam formation is unavoidable, since this is the only way the bound substances can be detected by the skimmer. With other products, some of the pollutants are only encapsulated and only really removed from the aquarium water to a small extent.
Dosage:
When first adding 5 ml hw hydrokoll to every 10 liters of aquarium water. In the case of sensitive marine life forms such as invertebrates and corals, an additional dosage of 2 ml per 10 liters of sea water should be made every 14 days.
