Red Sea's No3:Po4-X is a unique complex of various carbons and other organically bound elements that enables a controlled biological reduction of algae nutrients (nitrate & phosphate) by naturally occurring bacteria that exist in every aquarium

Instructions for use:
Uncontrolled reduction of algae nutrients can destroy the symbiotic zooxanthellae, causing UV shock and starvation of the coral. For best results always use an accurate test such as Red Sea's “Nitrate Pro” test which has an accuracy of 0.125ppm.
Once the lower levels of nutrient levels are reached, as shown by the corals' natural light coloring, it is important to feed them with easy-to-absorb foods such as Red Sea's 2-part formula "Reef Energy", which contains all the necessary carbohydrates, amino acids and contains vitamins.
Efficient protein skimming is important to ensure the required oxygenation of the water and to remove bacterial flakes from the aquarium.
