Seawater resistant cooling units

with titanium heat exchangers and digital temperature controller.

The Polar refrigeration units are powerful devices, equipped with CFC-free refrigerant. They also have a safety circuit that stops the device in the event of overheating and prevents the compressor from burning out. An integrated air filter that can be changed from the outside extends the maintenance intervals.

 The titanium heat exchangers are resistant to seawater and many chemicals. When flowing through the device, the water only comes into contact with plastic and titanium.

Features of the Polar cooler:

• The setpoint can be set from 3°C – 32°C in steps of 1°C
• The switching hysteresis is 1°C
• power on protection: In order to avoid frequent switching on and off of the device, the cooler switches itself on at the earliest 3 minutes after a shutdown.
• Automatic overheating protection: In the event of problems with the temperature sensor or if the motor overheats, the device switches off.
