Reef Zlements I Iodine (I / Iodine) - Trace Elements
Iodine is a trace element found in reefs around the world and is one of the most important elements for all animals and plants in our aquariums.
It is known that iodine has a beneficial effect in aquariums where macroalgae are found, affecting the blue color of the genus Acropora.
Iodine is very quickly consumed from the water in our aquariums. It is therefore important to check the iodine content by means of an ICP analysis and to ensure an appropriate level and stability by means of an appropriate iodine dosage.
Iodine levels in seawater vary widely, but it is widely agreed that a level of 60 µg/L is ideal.
Reef Zlements I Iodine coupled with a regular testing regime allows any aquarist to correct iodine levels to ensure levels in their aquarium remain within the optimal range for their animals.
1 ml of Reef Zlements I Iodine increases the iodine concentration of 100 liters by 100 µg/l.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
The dosage of iodine is quite safe, but in high doses it is poisonous and deadly for all animals.
Avoid overdosing and ensure appropriate levels through regular testing.
