Manganese is found in all reefs of the world and is an important element for animals and plants in our aquariums.
As a cofactor for many enzymes, it plays an important role in the metabolic processes of almost all organisms. 

It is known that manganese has a positive influence on the oxidative processes in organisms.
 
Manganese is consumed very quickly from the water in our aquariums. It is therefore important to verify manganese levels by ICP analysis and to ensure adequate levels and stability through manganese dosing as required.

The manganese content in sea water is about 1-2 µg/l.

With Reef Zlements Mn Manganese, used in conjunction with a regular testing procedure, any aquarist can correct manganese levels and ensure levels in their aquarium remain within the optimal range for their animals.

1 ml of Reef Zlements Mn Manganese increases the manganese concentration of 100 liters by 2 µg/l.
