Reef Zlements Sr Strontium (Sr / Strontium) – Macro Elements 

Strontium is a macro element found in all reefs around the world. 
Although its physiological effects are still being studied, there is evidence that it affects the health of animals. Strontium is involved in the calcification of the coral skeleton and overall coral health and is therefore important in maintaining good coral growth and health.
Strontium is a macro element that is depleted from the water in our aquariums fairly quickly.

It is important to check the strontium level through an ICP analysis and to ensure its stability by giving a strontium supplement if necessary.

The natural strontium concentration is 8-10 mg/l.

With Reef Zlements Sr Strontium, used in conjunction with a regular testing procedure, any aquarist can correct strontium levels and ensure levels in their aquarium remain within the optimal range for their animals.

10 ml of Reef Zlements Sr Strontium increases the strontium concentration of 100 liters by 1 mg/l.
