We are increasingly discovering nitrogen limitations during precise water analyses.
This is due to the generally improved care conditions and the simultaneous increased growth of our corals. After many inquiries, we have now responded to this trend and developed nitrogen+.

With nitrogen+, the nitrate content can be increased easily and appropriately: 10 mL increases the nitrate content by 100 mg/L per 20 L of aquarium water (1 mL per 100 L increases the nitrate content by 2 mg/L). Depending on the size of the aquarium, the nitrate content can be adjusted individually. Of course, nitrogen+ is also suitable for dosing systems.

For the successful use of nitrogen+, it is a prerequisite that the nitrate content is precisely determined in order to avoid problems with overdosing.
We always achieve reliable results with the tetra nitrate test, but we can also recommend the Salifert nitrate or the Tropic Marin nitrite/nitrate test, among others.
