Satisfied customers are CommunityCorals' primary goal. The most important point to achieve this goal is to provide healthy and unharmed animals
to deliver to customers.
For this we work together with the overnight couriers Jungle-Express and General-Overnight, and of course always offer the possibility to pick up the ordered animals directly from the farmer on site.
Jungle Express
Through our major customer contract, we can offer both private and commercial farmers overnight delivery of animals at preferential conditions.
On-site pick-up
Of course, you can also pick it up directly from the farmer. Simply select the “Pickup” option at checkout or in the shopping cart. The collection date can be agreed with the farmer. There is no minimum order value.
International Shipping
Selected sellers also ship via UPS to nearby European countries. Sellers marked with “Jungle-Express” use the CommunityCorals shipping contract. A term insurance is included in the shipping costs. If the shipment is not delivered on the scheduled day, CommunityCorals will cover the damage incurred up to €350.

Safe arrival
Our binding Packaging Policy serves to ensure that all animals reach the recipient undamaged. All animals are usually delivered by overnight courier by 12:00 p.m. the following day.

Delivery on the requested date
The desired delivery date can be specified during the ordering process at the checkout. The farmer ships the corals one day before the desired delivery date.*

On-site pick-up
Simply buy the corals online and pick them up at the farmer's door after consultation.
*Should the shipment not be accepted upon first delivery, additional costs will arise. These amount to at least €14,00 for a second delivery attempt and a further €19,90 for return transport to the sender.
